    hand held birds

    Good afternoon,

I have recently discovered this site, and I am hoping someone can give me some information.  I bought the NGS Hand Held Birds software a couple of months ago and greatly enjoyed it.  A few weeks later my Palm Treo passed into cyber heaven so I bought a new one - a Treo 755p.  I discovered that the new device accepts only micro SD cards rather than the full sized SD cards accepted by my old device.  I'm wondering if anybody knows if this program comes on a microSD card?  I have asked the NGS Hand Held Birds people, but have not as yet received a reply.

Also, has anybody subscribed to the online version of Hand Held Birds?  If so, what do you think of it?

     Thanks for any information,

     India

    Re: hand held birds

You should be able to install it on any card as long as there is enough space on the card.

You came to the right place. You can copy the contents of the original SD Card to your microSD Card and it will work fine. To do such a copy you will need a card reader that accepts the microSD on your PC. You can copy the contents of the SD Card to the PC then from the PC to the microSD. Do not try to copy to the Palm from the PC directly it will take days.
