Idea [I] Need help with ID's

These 2 birds were seen north of Flagstaff, AZ, elevation about 8500 feet, mostly mountain meadow, aspen type environment on 6/28/08.

The one on the nest: The nest was about 8 feet off the ground in a ponderosa pine.

I could use help with ID's.

I'm not positive but the first could be a Cordilleran Flycatcher and the second looks like either a juvenile European Starling or perhaps a young Great-tailed Grackle, not sure though.

I'm not too good with Western Birds, but I agree with Great-Tailed Grackle female for Picture #2.
